Due to hygienic precautions and Covid-19 we cannot accept returns of the products. Therefore, once purchased they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you are unsatisfied with the purchase or have placed an order by mistake, you can cancel the order before the dispatch confirmation and we will refund the full amount to the card used for purchase or transfer the money back to your bank account.
Returning a Faulty Item
Regarding a faulty item, please email us with the following details:
- Your order number
- The billing address
- The name of the faulty item
- A description of the fault
- A clear image of the fault
If we are notified of a defect found on an item within a period of 30 days from the delivery date, you will be offered a replacement item or a refund.
